The effect of using different strategies and techniques on managing multilevel and mixed level EFL classrooms (Case study: EFL classes in Sanandaj, Iran)

Abstracts
The present study investigated and evaluated different profitable methods which can be used in multilevel and mixed level classrooms for an effective and fruitful teaching experience for teachers.
This research is conducted by using the approach of narrative analysis or narrative research and the qualitative method. The data is collected through semi- structured oral interview along with careful note taking during the process of interview.
The findings of this research vividly represent 6 different strategies that can be employed in mixed level classes including: adjusting the level of teaching to intermediate level, talking to students, mixing up the groups, providing multiple level for each activity, providing information for different styles and playing games.
By using the above-mentioned strategies and techniques , the teachers can activate the Language learning classrooms with mixed level students and at the same time can have an effective teaching which appeals for all students of any level.
